A self-help guide using CBT techniques, by David Veale and Rob Willson...
Literally, a fantastic book.
I am amazed how it is showing me the faults of my own coping skills and how my solutions can create unintended problematic thoughts.
I bought this by coincidence and I didnt even know that the book was listed in resources post in HW anxiety forums, by S.C.
Im so glad I started reading it. I highly recommend it.
