Hi Hibee!

I'm having a great/awful weekend. Great because I finally slept like a baby last night and it was wonderful! Bad because I'm having GI issues that are making me anxious and also we woke up to some decent water damage down a wall in our house today that will probably require some serious work.

I hope you're having a relaxing weekend.

Glad to hear you had a good sleep that always makes things feel a bit better but sorry to hear about your GI issues and water damage are you insured?

Can't believe it, I didn't make it back to a comp yesterday to respond to day 2! EEEK! Are your hives any better today? Are you pretty allergic to things? My husband has really bad allergies, especially cats, dogs, and trees... :/ Hope you are feeling better, and thank you for passing along that organization info to me! I wonder if a few years down the road I will be able to do something like that! I sure hope so. I love coffee chats, and I'm sure it would be pretty interesting to have with an older person!

As for my day... iyiyiyiyiyi! (Spelling??!!) :) Ummmmmm. I think I am ok. Just COLD! Very COLD! And that for me creates anxiety! Doing all I can to adjust to winter like weather! Only have just a minute here, but wanted to say HI!! Everyone here is like a bit of sunshine on a COLD day! Hope to read/respond more later!

Do you have a rice neck wrap? (some are fillied with other materials)

I am thinking of the kind that you pop in the microwave for a minute, and then wear on your shoulders/around neck.

It is amazingly great for quickly warming up your core! If I am shivering, this will stop the chillies quicker than anyting.

...and it's less inhibiting than a Snuggie! ;p

Yes my hives seem to have got better but I have developed a different rash which covers most of my body and is not as itchy as the hives the rash disappears when you press it which I am told is the sign of an allergy rash. It is really affecting my depression which I have not had problems with for a while so feeling quite sad but thanks for asking how I am I really appreciate your support. I am pleased you found that information useful and I am sure it is something which you will be really good at if you decide to do it.
