I saw you post about issues with IBS. Do you take anything for it, or just do CBT exercises? Mine has flared up and I am taking a medicine, but am open to any other tricks!

I don't take an Rx...my symptoms/flares are really random, so.by the time I usually think it's time to take care of getting seen/getting something prescribed...the issue is resolved on its own for a while! ;/

I've also not heard good things as far as results for IBS Rx's...what is your experience?

Do you take pro-biotics? I have lapsed...but have found this to really help in the past. Need to get back with this!

The Rx that I take for IBS is wonderful! I'd like to not be on it for long just because it's one less thing to take, so I'm going to work on it with my therapist. The pill is take is taken 30 minutes before a meal and it dissolves under your tongue. Works like a charm for me and the only side effect they earn you of is dry mouth, but I drink excessive amounts of water so I don't notice. I was taking a probiotic and then stopped. Maybe I should again.
