Today i woke up with heart racing feeling crazy then one i relax i got a sharp pain in my right shoulder blade so now im thinking the worst im so tired of feeling this way ..the hospital even told me to only come to the hospital for emergences. But i feel like every pain i feel is an emergency.. well im blabbering i really hope my shoulder pain is a pinched nerve or something

i get them a lots too and never want to see doc.You should go to ER if thats bothering you a lot.

My pain subsides in 4 days and i know it ,it has to do with anxiety and i tend to endure it .

racy heart,dizzy feeling,confused ...all are anxiety but sometimes about heart issues.

my panic makes me dsyfunctional and depressed.

How are you feeling now? Better I hope!

If your pain persists or gets worse, please go and be seen. You can at least get some peace of mind...and maybe something to relieve your discomfort.

If you are really that concerned going to the ER to get cleared would help you with piece of mind. My anxiety also causes these types of pains. They will usually come and go throughout my anxiety attacks. I hope you are feeling better now.
