Hey all, been doing well. Take my Xanax before work, and usually dont need another all day.
Heres my problem. I still have stomach issues. Have been taking yeast cleanse capsules in the morning, then probiotics at night. Just to see if it helps. I get bloated quite easily, and have normal bowel movements, but it feels like constipation/incomplete movements at times.
Heres my problem. For the past couple days, mainly when I get gassy, I am starting to have palpitations. I have my days where my heart beats normally, but will beat hard. But these past days, I get what feels like paused beats. Boom boom boom....boom boom boom. Hard to explain. I do take 3-4 100mg chelated magnesium pills a day. Fish oil 2 gms/day.
Ill explain this morning. I woke up early. Had a bunch to do. I have low blood sugar, but its stable if I watch what I eat. Well this morning in a hurry, I ate some chocolate cake with peanut butter icing. Within minutes I felt gassy, my heart beat started getting faster, then it would beat 3 times, then short pause, 3 times, short pause. Now I feel like a bowel movement is coming on.
This episode this morning/now doesnt seem to be going away. I took a xanax, but 20 minutes later, im still a little on edge. My first thought was go to the ER, but I calmed myself enough to realize it probably isnt hurting me. Just SCARING me.
Im going to try to force a bowel movement and relax some(TMI I am sorry).
Weird thing....I was actually starting to feel really well, almost 100% from the yeast cleans pills and probiotics, and cleaning up my diet(pork/beef and vegetables, no fast food). Now I bring in tasty cakes, and now cake this morning and im getting pauses/flutters/skips.....You all think these are food allergies? Sugar spikes? What could be causing them?
I know this is the anxiety section, but figured maybe someone in here went through it. But its increasing my anxiety, which I really thought was gettiing back to normal. Thank you all. Appreciate it!
