Morning All


How is every one today?


Im not feeling great as I stopped my Cymbalta (Duloxetine) on Friday and I have been getting withdrawal symptoms but I start on Prozac (Fluoxetine) today so I am hoping I will start to feel a little better in the next few days?

Hi Hibee!

Sorry your having withdrawals! I know how awful they can be.

I'm ok at the moment, but my hubby has caught a cold now and I dont want my 12 week old boy Jesse to catch it!
He has to go for his second round of vaccinations tomorrow and that always makes me anxious as i dont like seeing my children in pain!
Gosh I'm such a softy, I need to toughen up a bit!

Hibee, sorry to hear you're going through withdrawals. Hopefully the Prozac makes a difference and you can start to feel more comfortable.

MSB, vaccination time is never fun! My son is coming up in his 2 year appointment and I don't know if there are any shots or not. He did just have the flu shot and shocked me by just giving me a brief sad look and then he was over it! I was so proud. I always try to act like shots are no big deal, so maybe that's what he'll grow up thinking.

Not a lot going on here. Kind of tossed and turned all night. Had a pretty bad nightmare that brought some of my anxieties to the surface. The weather looks pretty yucky, so I think my little guy and I are gonna cuddle and watch some cartoons this morning. I hate letting him watch TV, but sometimes I just need to snuggle him and I feel so much better!

Hello all!! It's actually a nice day here today! Temp will be in the 60's.
Hibee I hope the prozac works well for you!
MSB my daughter is 11 and I still cry if she needs shots!
Park12 staying in and snuggling sounds great!

I've been having a rough few days. Day 3 of feeling anxious. I'm now convinced I'm having a heart attack. I hope this feeling goes away soon! It's really scaring me!

Well, turns out I am SICK! :( Hopefully that's why I had a tough weekend with anxiety. Today I can hardly get around. Lots of body aches and can hardly keep my eyes open! :( Sickness and anxiety do not go well. :(

sleep study done. all wired up and glued up. thrashed for hours, fought sleep. awoke, struggle to go back to sleep. awoke again, kept kicking off wires, went back to sleep. awoke showered got glue off and got picked up. slept for 3 hours at home.going back don't feel right.

What a crappy day and not even a nap was able to help. So tired of people in this world being rude and stupid.

Hi guys,

Anxious all day (what new?) but at least it's of the day it was manageable. Almost had a PA this evening, but caught it in time with half a xanax. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day for us, lovelies. Feel better soon everybody.
