exhausted and anxious. ugh

My son has a virus and been pretty sick and he's also been up having night terrors for about three nights and today I feel super exhausted I did take 2 benadryl yesterday once in the morning and once at night to sleep but they should be worn off by now I wonder if I'm trying to fight off sickness so I bought some airborne and wondering if I should take it because I don't like taking things I've never taken before. I have a weird feeling in my throat like I'm going to throw up since last night and I feel totally exhausted of course I'm worried. wonder if its acid reflux cuz I had A little coffee last night too.
so bottom line I feel like crap and I'm having anxiety because of it. hate this feeling and on top of that I had to take off work and I emailed for people and nobody said one word back to me don't you love when people are so compassionate?
anybody ever take an airborne?
