So sorry you are struggling. Yes, all of here do know about
anxiety.
It's good you're seeing your doctor. Anxiety is very treatable but it doesn't go away overnight & will take some work to treat it. Most of us do therapy (counseling), take meds, practice self help skills (like the ones listed on the top of this forum), or one or all of them. Everyone's treatment is individual so we all may not do the same thing.
Since you're new to anxiety, it's important to start educating yourself about
it. Anxiety really stinks but it can serve as the beginning of becoming a stronger, more confident person.
I know more people will comment but it's the day before Thanksgiving here in the states (huge holiday), so a lot of people are busy traveling or preparing food so you may not get many responses in the next couple of days.
