I know what you mean...I too often fixate on all that could go wrong...
The funny thing is, there is a much better chance of everything being fixed well, and you walking away with your jacket today, pleased with the experience.
For some reason though, the anxious brain tends to think in the negative, rather than the hopeful and positive at times.;/
Try to identify just what part of the interaction is giving you the most concern, and then practice postive scenarios mentally before going in. This way if any of your worries are realized...then you're ready.
...but I am pretty sure that all will go smoothly when you go to pick up your coat.:)
