That's what kind of anxiety I have, hyperventilating, shortness of breath, shaking (if it's real bad), etc. I seem to be quite opposite of a lot of people here, as my anxiety seems to come later in the evening.
I try to talk myself out of it,telling myself it's just the anxiety that is making me feel this way. Even though I feel like I may pass out, I never have. And even if I did, I would still be okay. But this only works if I really believe what I am telling myself.
