hey hibee. been busy today, but it is pm here. it has taken some focal control away from thinking about anxiety, and or being it. so this is a good thing. knowledge is power, the more positives i read about combating anxiety and panic disorders the more positive i feel. it brings about a sense of hope. so people, tell us what is working for you, what helps, it all goes in the healing knowledge book!!! your brain. or for me, that pea that rolls around in there!!! am tired. hopefully i sleep. muggy day. humid, cooling down. rained hard last night. i find rain soothing, esp heavy, it helps me sleep a little. bit like a binary beat for me.
