Daily Quote

Hi all,
I wanted to start a daily quote share with everyone to share the positivity.
Today's quote: "You are the sky-- everything else, it's just the weather."
This quote can be interpreted so many different ways, but the way I took it, was that we are the ones in control. And although weather may also be extremely powerful, it does pass.

In some ways this can almost seem to minimalize what we deal with daily...after all we didn't choose to have anxiety!!

...but looking beyond that, you can put this spin on it:

We can either stay in the place where we currently are, or we can move beyond that into a better place of recovery!
