Encouragement!!!!!!!

So I've said before that I had a fear of driving and leaving my house.. Well today I went alone to pick up daughter from school, took her to Dollar General, then went to light up night at her school. People all around me but I was fine!! I was a little anxious driving because I haven't drove myself in months. I eventually calmed down and felt normal again! Prozac and the encouragement I get here has brought me a long way. Especially compared to even a few weeks to a month ago, I see a huge improvement! I used to cry and say things will never get better! And I know a lot of people feel that way but I'm living proof that things do get better!!

And to end my day, I sat at Denny's for a late night dinner!! Haven't eaten in a restaurant since august!!
I am about to increase my prozac so I'm sure I'll be posting about my anxiety again. My psychiatrist told me that the first week or two will be rough but I made it through the start up period of meds so I know that I'll get through it again!!

Bambi B that's so awesome!!! I'm so proud of u!!! Even though I'm not having the best day it still makes me happy to see ppl just like me struggle with anxiety... So happy for your accomplishments today!!!!!!👍👏👏👏👏
