Morning All

It's the weekend I hope you all have a good one how are we all feeling today?

I upped my Prozac to 40mg today so potentially could get some side effects. I am planning on having a very chilled weekend watching some tv

I'm doing good. I just got back from a Billy Joel concert. It was amazing. But while I was out my anxiety was a little high.

I think I'd prefer going to work as opposed to being alone with my thoughts.

Good for you for getting out. That many people will cause anxiety. Other people have always ruined outings like that for me. I'm glad you enjoyed nonetheless!

Morning,

Hope everyone has a good day. I'm going to brave the malls for some xmas shopping and then I have to attend a 40th bday party tonight of someone my wife is friend's with. I think I may be hitting the benzos today and doing meditation breaks in the bathroom tonight at the party.

I have been watching Game Of Thrones which is very addictive just finished Season 3 and tonight I will probably watch Strictly Come Dancing and the X Factor how about you?

At a hospital with my dad. I am so pissed at my mom, she is so lazy and would not come. I am a wreck right now and she knows I hate hospitals. They r dirty and full of germs and I am tired and she did this on purpose.

Best wishes for your tv watching Hibee. That would be a dream come true for me! Actually if I could find time for one hour of good tv, that would be AMAZING!! LUCKY! :D

Jennings, Sounds like you have a good plan for the party! Smart thinking! I bet you will do great! Good luck tonight!

As for my day. My husband let me take a nap today, so I am very grateful for that! I have been running on empty this week due to him being out of commission with the flu for around 8 days. Anxiety levels are a bit high today too. Bummer.... :( Happy Saturday folks.

And Jessica, I am so sorry that you are having a tough time with the hospital. There's usually LOTS of hand sanitizer around. Just try to use that every chance you get. I think that might help calm your fears, at least a little. Is your Dad ok?

Good day so far, I have a friend visiting for the weekend from out of state which a month ago would have had my head spinning. But with the progress I've made I'm confident that I'll be able to enjoy her company rather than worrying that I'll panic while she's here. She went through anxiety and panic when we were in college together and I helped her through it because at the time I was over my first experience with anxiety. Of course if I do have any problems, I know that she would never judge me and help me just as I helped her. Looking forward to her arrival in about an hour :)

Hello all,

Dad is okay he is at least not in so much pain. They did blood work and scans and still not quite sure what is going on, but the doc said a sprain, really? In his neck and throat? Stupid butt. I came home once mom found out he was getting a bed in the er, I am still not happy with her. Dad felt better that she was coming up though. So I put gas in the car, got lost and finally got home just in time for my panic to NOT go full blown. YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! I did nap and woke up feeling like my heart was broken in a billion pieces, I have nothing and that is starting to get to me. Oh its this time of the year. Well I am going to whine in the depression thread. Love you all and Stay strong.
