Yeah, this is the website I am looking at right now and have been reading through.
Therapist seems to think that I am working myself towards Anxious Attachment :(
In order to help myself and in turn to help my wife with her condition, or at least understand it, I am trying to find my best method to cope with everything but my mind just fills with worry and fear and it keeps me from sleeping, focusing (like right now) at work and keeping myself active.
