Just a thank you

Like I've said in my recent posts, I've been struggling lately. I feel like I'm okay, but then I start to physically fall apart and then emotionally breakdown which makes everything physics worse. darn cycle! I'm using my resources. I'm seeing my therapist weekly right now. I'm taking my xanax as I need it. This prescription has lasted me all year and I still have some left so I definitely don't abuse it and only take it when necessary, which was less over the summer, but has been more often the past couple months. I know I can get through this, but it's so hard sometimes. I'm on the verge of tears most of the time these days. Then I come here and I'm reminded that I have great support whenever I need it...even when I'm having a panic attack in the middle of the night...you're here. Thank you all so much. Whenever you feel low, know that you're important to someone and so very helpful. Blessings.

I hope you start to feel better soon and i'm sure you are working through things with your therapist and yes we are all here to support you so keep us posted on your progress we are here if you need us.
