No kolonopin. Only on bad days of level 8ish

Getting off of Klonopin once I stabilize will be my next challenge. We'll chat later. BTW, a few of us were in the chat room last night. It cool and easy to ask questions and get answers right away.

My weekend was ok. I was not 100% but better than last weekend. I have been meditating at nights for about 12-15 minutes. I think that is helping as well. How about yourself? How are you feeling?
What is the decision on the dosage of Lexapro?

I've been doing ok . No 100% yet but a little better. I can feel a difference though and headed toward the right direction. I'm still on 10mg in my 5th week. I will keep it here till after week 6 and see how I'm feeling.

Lexa do you experience any side effects still? Like dry mouth , confusion , dizziness, bloated , short breath? I get these still in my 5th week. Some on some days and others on other days. Just wondering.

I experience some of them as well still. I am in my 4th week, day 33 on 20mg. Dry mouth at night while asleep and at times, a bit of dizziness. Bloating maybe, not sure, I take Protonix for heartburn, so it could be the Protonix. I have good and not so good days. I hope for both us to have only good days. You said you have been dealing with this for 5 months now?
Are you noticing reduction in anxiety? Do you take any benzo? I do take 1mg of Klonopin with the 20mg of Lexapro.

Hi Lexa!!checking in on you amigo. How are the days off going! I hope you enjoyed Christmas. Last 3 days have been ok over here. Feeling better day by day. Hope no steps backwards. I'm in week 6 total on Lex and in my 4 1/2 week of the 10 mg dose. Hope your doing better. Happy Holodays
