Which is life unfortunately, things will calm down, give it some time, stuff we deal with may cause a short
term problem but the meds will take back control, distract yourself, Peace

Break through anxiety is bound to happen during really tough times. Medication can only do so much...
At these times it is then that we can really draw upon our coping skills to get us through rough patches.
If you need fresh ideas, see our Resources at the top of the main page.
If you are really stuggling, you may also want to consider upping your therapy sessions for the time being...or looking into to them if you are not currently going to sessions.
Wishing you the best....you have support here!
