Practicing coping techniques and exercises before you even attempt to get up and out of bed may help.
It will mean getting up a few minutes earlier...but spending just 10 minutes on breathing, progressive muscle relaxation and repeating postive mantras could really make the difference...as well as set the tone for your whole day!
