First off I'm not a medical professional this advice is just what has really helped me and taken my palps away. I know how it feels, I had them on and off for years and about 6 months ago they were really bad. I was going thru a very stressful time in my life and the constant skipped beats wasn't helping matters. My doctor put me on a 24hr monitor and it turned out they were not dangerous, simple PVC's. But not simple to me. I read somewhere that palps could be caused from a magnesium deficiency, so I started taking magnesium supplements and within a week they were gone. I take my supplement every night and yes I still get occasional skips but nothing like before.
