In the world of cholesterol, our numbers were VERY similar. Truly do not panic. My cardiologist told me that it's not even considered high, it's just borderline and to go ahead and pretend like it never happened. Do you like salmon? A super healthy fat. Or avocado? Also delish. I added in some oatmeal and cut back on cheese and yummy treats from starbucks. When I went back my number had stayed 200, but my good fats had gone up so the doctor was happy. What I need to do it cardio, but having a toddler is exhausting and when I have down time, I just wanna lie down and veg. Plus, although I know it's good for anxiety, cardio makes me panic because of the breathing and heart rate stuff. Something I'm working on.
