Today is just not a good day haven't slept last few nights just so much going on and now today just bad, I been having troublesome thoughts this whole situation has just messed with my anxiety bad and I've even been having attacks as I sleep believe my thyroid level is off to I can't deal with this now and just want to get out this worrying mind frame been having trouble breathing with chest pains just took my second vistril back to back I just simply hate this and want to be better already.

Thanks all hopefully the worse part is over said our final goodbyes and now the healing process begins for everyone.
