Hello and welcome!
I am really sorry to hear of the challenges, symptoms and fears that your anxiety is causing you.:( I understand, and know how you feel.
However, there is hope! I agree and will also endorse talking with your parents about
getting you into see your doctor for a discussion on anxiety managment and a possible therapy referral.
If you feel like you need further support, then talking with your school's counselor would also be a good step to take.
For now, know that you are not going to die. Anxiety feels awful, and can make us believe the worst...but you will be fine once you get some tools to help you cope!
Here are some exercises for you to learn and try...good on you for asking!! We have a lot of adults who don't even take this pro-active steps...so I am impressed with your initiative!
