We made it!

We did it, we got through the holidays and we survived. We may have had some anxiety, we may have panicked, anticipated and dreaded, but tell me... was it really as bad as you thought it would be?

I was able to get through some potentially rough spots by laughing about them...sometimes that all you can do!! ;p

My husband was also...an unusually good supporter for me, which was a pleasant and appreciated suprise!

John, your curt response reminded me of Grumpy Cat and made me giggle.;)

What is not a laughing matter of course if the fact that you are still grieving, and of course holidays can be brutal because of that.

It won't always be this hard friend. You are doing an amazing job of adapting, so hold on to hope, even if it is seemingly out of reach currently.
