Miss Gigi,

I am just so sorry to hear about your day. My heart is just breaking right along with you. I can not imagine the pain and confusion you must be feeling today. I realize that none of us can understand the details of the relationship that you have been in for such a long time, and only you know what is right in this case, but just know that we will do our best to offer our support to you! So sorry........ :~(

Park, SC, TMA, MGQ, Weary, Rrakkma, PM- sorry if I forgot someone- thank you so much for the support. It means a lot just to know I have you all to count on. I'm having a bit of a freak out tonight. Can't breathe, left side is burning, keep thinking I'm having a heart attack. Took my pulse and it's only 84, not as high as I thought it would be. Going to try to read Hope and Help or find something light to watch on TV.

Jennings- thank you too for the support. I would love to go to part time, but unfortunately that is not an option with my program. 27 credits or nothing. It seems insurmountable with the way I am feeling right now.

Definitely situational anxiety and symptoms...I would be surprised if you didn't have anxious effects. Relationship conflicts are at the top of my trigger list.

Hope you can get distracted and find some peace with your coping skills.

I know you're right SC. It is at the top of my trigger list too. I'm doing the best I can tonight. Thank you.

I also found a CBT therapist that I'm going to try. I'm going to call tomorrow to set up an appt.

Yay for a CBT therapist! No matter what happens you will have tools to handle things going forward and you will have someone who can listen. I think therapy is so much better than talking to friends about my relationship!

I'm so sorry. I don't even know what to say. I know your heart is breaking. But school is so important and I know it will be hard but it will be worth it in the long run. Please dont stop going.
