need help at work

Not sure if you saw my last post about work circumstances...
anyway -trying to find a temp to fill in for my assistants job and after interviewing 4 and looking over 7 resumes tonight and not being interested in any of them...it's bolstering my confidence to brush up mine and to move on.....
