All,
I'm a little sore, but used my day off organizing mail and such. I've opted to take tomorrow off too. The slight leaning motion aggravated my surgical area. I spoke to a friend whom had the Nissen wrap done as well. He said I could take a BC powder and probably keep plugging on. I may take a Xanax, too.
He thinks my accomplishing this would be good for me.
I just wanted to share. I hope my friend is right.

It's a powder in the form of a gum wrapper. Put it on the tongue and down the hatch with water.

John did you have gall bladder surgery? if so it takes a while, my wife had it many years ago she though
she would never get back to her old self. "i am a living witness that she did and then some". Peace

Larry,
Thanks, man. I think I'm still having complications from my 2013 surgery, too.
I appreciate everyone else, too.
