This is a really common struggle with females. It seems that our hormones work against even our best efforts during that time.
Do your best to practice healthy habits (even though our bodies just want to curl up and eat junk!)
Proper nutrition, including lean protein/dairy, and soy...these seem to relieve PMS symptoms...
....as well as exercise and use of anxiety management skills, should help you to feel your best right now.
Sometimes just telling yourself that this is temporary helps the most. ;)
