Hi guys im new here and would like to share a technique i use sometimes from experience of going through panic,ever notice yourself dwelling on the next time your legs turn to jelly,sweat,jitters etc heart palps i find if you scream to yourself before a situation and say "i want the biggest most embarrassing panic attack to hit me right now,,and scream it in your head,,c,mon c,mon i wont to lose control" your calling your subconscious to do exactly the opposite,,where if your dwelling and trying to hold it in thats wen it hits really hard and out of the blue,, embrace panic it means your alive,dnt percieve it in a negative way and supress it dwn hope this helps
