I know the breathing is hard to overcome. But you almost have to put yourself in a meditative state. Rather than focus on the breathing realize this is just an inconvenience and it won't hurt you. You will always get through it because you are better than What anxiety will throw at you. Don't try to stop it if you do then it really has the power. Trust me I've been beat up and down by this.
