How about
take a xanax tonight a couple hours before bed to chill you out a bit? I've done that a few times in recent weeks. I've dropped my anxiety about
taking xanax or feeling defeated. I've accepted it as a tool!
If you get that feeling again, try some advil or Tylenol &/or Tums/Mylanta.
My guess is you were tense bc of the impending talk, likely tensed your muscles (I'm a shoulder tension person and it has often presented as chest, arm & middle back pain!), and you felt it later that night (about
the right time frame to feel aches and pains if you were tensed earlier in the day/the night before).
You're fine and I encourage you to use whatever tools necessary
