chest feels like vibrating

Has anyone gotten this? Feels almost like my chest or maybe throat (?) Is almost vibrating..bu I feel my pulse and it feels pretty normal. Has anyone gotten this? Its freaking me out

Yes, I have and it's a very strange feeling. But, it goes does go away over time. Just another "friend" of anxiety.

I also had it today. I feel like this entire forum is at a heightened state of anxiety right now. I hope we're all feeling better soon!

Thanks guys. Im sitting in the ER parking lot right now trying to talk myself out of going in..but I want that reassurance...but I also dont wanna be here for 4 hours. I feel like its coming from my esophogus or something but I cant believe that until I see a negative test for my heart. Its like a weird vibration feeling in my chest and kind of my throat as well. Is that what u guys get too?

I actually feel it in my whole chest and sometimes even my arms. Hang in there and let us know how you're doing!

Ya and sometimes I get it in my neck/head area too. Freaky, but all part of anxiety!! You're ok
