Aunt might have tummy bug

My panic was gone and my aunt just came home and said that she has had an upset tummy and poops all day. I am shaking and sweating now I am scared that everyone in my house is going to get it and then I will be surrounded by it and that takes me back to 2013 about this time of year when it happen last. I am so scared and I just dont want to do this.... I know I have to but i don't want too. Maybe I brought it home from the urgent care the other night and didnt know, Oh my its my fault!!!!!!! Oh god.

I would take a stomach bug any day over panic attacks ,
Stomach bugs are not serious I know when you got anxiety everyting is scary but you just have to try to put it in perspective .
Try to relax and not think about it . Wash your hands sanitize around the house if you wan to be extra cautios :)

She has tummy upset but mostly just poops, I am scared to eat. I am trying to not think on it but now I am scared my son will get it. I am nothing but water now so maybe that will help soothe me a bit. She is also eating so I do not think it will be very bad. I hope!!!

I have this same overwhelming fear. I suggest Lysol and wipes on surfaces and doorknobs and just trying not to worry. This is what I had to do when my family was exposed to stomach virus over Thanksgiving.

she said she is queazy but its the poops at this point. I hope it doesnt lead to anything else. I just want to close my son and I off from the rest of the house. I am almost in tears I am so scared of this. i hate feeling this way, it is very silly to feel this way as I know that it is not going to kill me but I feel this way and I dont know how to make it stop
