Hi Hibee!
Having a good day here! It's babysitter day, so I started the day with yoga and some errands, a good walk on the treadmill and a nice salad for lunch. I feel good about the efforts I'm putting in to lower my cholesterol, lose a few lbs and manage my anxiety. I'm also doing a little experiment and trying to cut my Xanax dose in half so that in the more emergent situations, it works a little better. Tonight I'm having dinner with two girlfriends from my neighborhood. One is pregnant and due in a couple weeks with a baby girl, which is sometimes a trigger for me, but I have a cute gift for her and plan to put on my happiest face!
Overall even though I slept terribly, I feel really positive today!
