hi mate. almost 3am. went to bed early,the lady is in the shop, doing her volunteer working in the charity shop. have a good one guys.

Hello all,

Hibee- I am having a pretty good day. I am having allergy problems. It is bad this season. Maybe it is a sign that the rest of the year will be light.... I hope. Year round allergies are the worst. Hope everyone has an awesome day. Oh!!! Anxiety is low right now so I hope that it stays that way.

Hi. Health anxiety is a bit high today,... :( Physical symptoms are present, but not enough to send me freaking out to the ER or anything. Yet... :/ Anxiety is tough......tough.... You never know from day to day what to expect. :(

relaxing with tunes, just had a nice hot shower. playing tunes, listing to some live y. j. malmsteen and enjoying a coffee. sis gone to see mum and stuff. stuff has happened but i will wait to my sis comes back. i am stepping back from my evil brother. too angry. have a nice w/e.
