My anxiety is so bad when my one year old whines...
I see a psychologist for my depression, PTSD, anxiety and panic attacks. I'm trying to do everything possible to help me be a better person and the best mom. But my 1 year old recently started whining ALOT more than usual. Like I'm talking fingernails on a chalkboard whine.
He's been to the doctor and he's fine. Dr says "it's way of communicating".
My question is how am I suppose to get through when he's whining so much and I'm alone with him for 12 hours a day with very little to no support?
Would love people's ideas.....
I've tried pretty much everything when this is occurring, but sometimes it gets so bad I have a panic attack...
I've tried mediation, journaling, listening to relaxing music, having a shower, thought records, deep breathing, positive thinking, anxiety medications at the time of panic, etc
