anxiety about work again

there are 2 things going on at work that are just making me nuts.

one is that i have to call people, and depending on their circumstances, go through an income/expense thing with them. i have put this off for a long time but this is the day/week i will have to do it. i don't know why it scares me so much, maybe because i haven't done it before or because i put it off for so long. there are people i can ask for help.

the other is all the returned mail on my desk. there are about 200 pieces. i don't know how they expect me to do it all!!! i have precious little free time to work on it, and the number grows every day. i have spoken up to management but they haven't done anything yet.

my mind keeps coming back to these 2 things to the point i am scared of going to work today. but i know i just have to do my work and let the chips fall where they may.
