Morning All

First of all I would like to give my apologies for not being on the forum yesterday as some of you may know I have Shingles at the moment and had a particularly bad day with pain yesterday and was unable to do anything but feeling a little better today.

I believe that there was a lot of spam on the forum yesterday and I was pleased that one of the other Mods from different forum was able to come in and delete those posts as myself and SC were not available. These spam posts are annoying for us all and we delete them as soon as we see them but if for some reason we miss them feel free to contact myself or SC and we will remove them.

How are you all feeling today? Check in if you have the time.

Hibee- No need to feel bad for not coming on here. We all have days where we can't post due to one thing or another.

I am just glad that you are feeling a bit better. Feeling a bit better today. Mouth not as sore or swollen. Will be calling dentists to see if someone can take me before March. I am hoping that I can find someone. If not then I will deal until March and try my best to not freak out about it a ton. We'll have relaxed and good day all.

Hibee you once put a short example of mindfulness on here it had to do with focusing on the hand or finger
i wish you could put it up again, it was very short but showed how mindfulness can be applied and tried
out with little effort, Thanks

I have done a few posts on Mindfulness I will see if I can find them and bump them back onto the first page.

Yes I too would like all link for mindfulness. Have been doing it a few days. Really want it to help. Thinking positive. My morning is ok after taking my first med. trying to stay calm. Have a great day everyone
