Went to my neurologist appointment today and he said I passed great. He said he is pretty sure it's my anxiety and needing glasses and grinding my teeth

Hi Rach,
Great news!!
Now you can make a plan for anxiety managment, seeing the optometrist and the dentist for a mouth guard...
Let us know how we can support with the anxiety part!
Peace and progress.:)

Hi
That is great news thanks for the update as SC mentioned you can now make a plan for anxiety management. Look into CBT and Mindfulness Meditation they both work really well to help reduce your anxiety.
