How do your panic attacks start?

Does anyone get like a weird body rush/tingle - like thing through their body when panic starts? Almost like the feeling like your stomach dropping when you're on a roller coaster. Except scarier and with the rush/tingle? Just wondering.

Heart starts pounding and racing super fast , and SEVERE fear that something horrible will happen this time for sure :/ Thats my thoughs during it , and u get a rush too and stomach issues , nausea body shaking , chills , but the stomach rush never bothers me its my heart that gets me every time :/(((

A weird body rush and kinda tingly, light headed and heart pounding. Cold hands and feet too.

Very strange warm body rush with vibrations heart racing and immediately to crying.

Waves of rushes start at my center and flow to my extremities. Thoughts of fear and dread enter my mind. Every pain is amplified. I'm totally spent for days after an episode.

Yeah I get that stomach feeling. In addition to that hot flush from head to torso and heart pounding.

There are many times that my panic starts with weird stomach feelings alone.
