I am so sorry you are going through these feelings today. It's rough when we have set backs but that's all it is. Not sure of your story. Are you on medications to help and do you see a counselor? These this can help a lot. Please go to one of the resources listed. Deep breathing or mindful meditation can help take your head out of the negative thoughts. There are many on Google. I myself have been going through this and need zoloft and ativan plus therapy. I do mindful meditation everyday too. It will get better.
