anyone else have allergies and anxiety.. my pollen allergy is bad tonight.. having period also.. and anxiety is really bad.. i keep think i cant breath and what if i have asthma... i have never had it but what if my allergies are making me have in.... then i read for awhile and it goes away.. then i believe its just my anxiety again.. which it prob. is and just worse cuz of my hormones...

I have bad allergies, I never know if I'm sick or if my allergies are acting up. However when my allergies are in full effect my anxiety does rear its ugly head.
