Doctor visit about mammogram got me going crazy

I'm 48 years old. Last year i had abnormal mammogram. Then additional mam. Then finally a biopsy of the left Breast. I believe my test said They where poly something classifications but They were begnin. Anyway i just did my yearly mamm. And it came back abnormal again. Doctor says need another mammogram because it shows aa shadow on my left breast. Same side as Last year. I am worried. have to go through the waiting again. Could cancer develop cz of biopsy. Doctor says He doesn't feel a bump..
My anxiety is out of control

I'm 54. When I was about 45 I had to go back for another test after my mamo. I went bilistic and could not control my evil thoughts and function. Went into a complete depression. I am on medication now and it has changed my life. I had the test done and it was nothing. When I was 50 I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had biopsy, surgery, radiation. Caught early. I handled it to much better. I didn't panic. I had mamo last month and something suspicious but most likely benign. I have to go for another mamo in six months. I'm concerned but not worrying. Those dreadful thoughts I had about ten years ago has taught me I guess not to panic. Hope nothing is wrong but with today's technology most likely can be fixed and good for you for testing and finding out. And women's breast change so much as we get older that alot of times there are so many false alarms but glad they check. I use to dread tests because was afraid of results. Still do but don't put off testing. Take deep breaths, it will be ok, and don't be stupid like me and stay off the internet searching material. No wonder were all on this site.
