have a nice day. had a good session with the therapist. as us aussies say, we chewed the fat!!! healing thoughts to all. increase in lexapro is helping.

Joined a group therapy session starting at the end of the month. Hoping that will help with recent awful anxiety. I've always found talking to be good therapy for me so this be the right forum...I hope.

Slept terribly last night, so I woke this morning and did a 20 min mindfulness YouTube, but I kept falling asleep during it! Haha. I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing!

Not much to do today. Think I'm going to run errands and go meet my husband for lunch. I have a physical tomorrow, so I'm a little anxious, but oh well right?

Hope your busy day goes well...mine yesterday turned out to be packed so...

I did not see your jokes in #107 until later...and then couldn't reply until now...

So LOLOlololOLOLoloLOLOLOlollolLOL in late reply...those were good ones!! ;p

When I told my daughter the bear 'pause' joke, she just rolled her eyes and said, "Yep, sounds like one of your jokes."

...ah, thirteen year olds...such a joyful bunch! PPpppppfffftttt!!
