Movable nodule in my neck

Really trying not to over think this feeling a bit down about it throat hurts to and if I move it to much pain runs through,noticed it last night due to pain and was wondering why my throat hurt. Challenging my fears hope and pray it goes a way soon, I mean soon like I can't help but to laugh to keep from crying because something new always comes up to cchallenge this anxiety made appointment to see ppc and hope it is gone can't take any chances thinking may've to do with thyroid dose being a little to high. And the issues going on with thyroid I really don't understand this, because I've no thyroid at all none of it and that was main reason of removing all of it to rid any room for problems only posting here because questions really never get answerd in thyroid forum.

...but then you mentioned thyroid...which makes me wonder where you are feeling this nodule?

If it is either on the right or left side, under your jawline, then it is likely a swollen glad due to a virus.

If it is in the center, where your thyroid would be, then I am not sure...but either way, a call into your doctor should get you the answers you need.:)

It does sound like a swollen glad I agree with SC about making an appointment to get it checked out. I have a swollen glad in my neck at the moment which swelled up due to the Shingles infection I had and was causing me a bit of anxiety because it had not gone back down but my doctor told me not to worry as it can take a while for them to return to normal.
