Hi,
I am not sure how long I've not been on here, but so much has happened in the past year.
Tonight I cannot sleep for anxiety...I keep feeling I cannot breathe and can feel that apprehensive panic rising up. Panic is always more astute at night when everyone else is sleeping and the house is at rest.
Seven weeks ago I fractured my humerus bone very severely and the pain was astonishing! It is healing and strengthening now yet the pain at night can be distracting, especially as it is my left arm and this sends off alarm bells as I can confuse the pain for possible heart pain which is my No1 Big Panic Attack Fear.
I have spent the best part of 27 years with panic disorder and anxiety, so I empathise with everyone on here and send you my love and Prayers,
Little Petal
