Today I had a better day I am still taking the 150 mg Zoloft until I see the doctor next week but I was able to go out to breakfast with some anxiety. Came home this afternoon listen to many mindful meditation videos and then was able to go out to supper with my husband daughter and granddaughter. made it through fine and no crying today so all in all a good day. Finally!! I am sure praying for another one tomorrow. Hopefully all my other friends here are feeling well tonight.

Phew!

Just now getting caught up here.;)

Had classed this morning...then came home and got some yard work done...

...weeding, pruning, watering. Sorry to rub it in for those of you still in the stormy regions...but it was a glorious day...sunshine and 78 degrees, so I HAD to get outside.

Went to the store, and got supplies for our (almost) weekly Saturday bbque dinner.

Twas a good day all in all.:)
