Hello K and welcome!
I am sorry that you are having trouble with the anxious feelings and symptoms currently.:(
I am glad to hear that you are working with your doctor to get the right Rx to help you. Any side effects that you may have upon start up should quickly fade, so hang in there while your body and mind adjust to the med that will eventually level out and help.:)
Are you also considering therapy? I believe this is key for long term success...and many people find that medication and therapy are a winning combination for managing anxiety.
Self-help is also of great value! Here are some links for coping skills instruction from our Resources. Practicing these daily could really help bring relief from your a.m. anxiety.:)
