This is a common anxiety complaint...so know that you are not the first to experience this!
Glad to hear you are doing the coping skills! Keep them up.:)
I can just recommend revisting the breathing exercises, progressive muscle relaxation and the Super Scanner...all in the Resources.
Another thing that brings me relief when I have physical sympotms is to repeat:
"I am alright, this is just anxiety making me feel this way."
This reinforces in the mind that the true reason for the symptoms is anxiety, and not some imagined/threatening fear.
