I just want to thank everyone for all the time they take to answer posts.  I always know that if I'm having a bad anxiety day that I can come to this site and someone is there to help me cope and to let me know I'm not alone.  Anxiety is so scary sometimes.  And it's always comforting to know that there is someone who cares and knows what you are going through.  You are all a blessing to me and everyone else you help.  You are the best!

You are so right!! I saw some great support going out to you yesterday.:)

I knew you were in good hands, so did not want to be redundant with my posting...

...but know that you are always in my thoughts, and I am so glad that you find the community's input here helpful!

I hope that you continue to feel better, and know that you always have friends here ready to lift you up...as you do for them! That's what it is all about here in our group.:)

I am pleased to hear you find this forum useful and that you feel you are getting good support here. You are right anxiety is scary and it is good to be able to speak to others who can relate to what you are going through.

I hope that you continue to feel better and keep us updated of your progress we are always here for you if you need us.

I Love this place, I agree the support here is by far the best. I read/reply every morning while drinking my coffee and since I don't have much of a life, lol, I refresh the page thru out the day for new posts. It always brings a smile to my face to see others support one another on here. I don't reply as much but I do read everything posted and it helps with my anxiety.
